A Moment of Gratitude 

Gratitude: The quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return to kindness. 

Gratitude can increase your willpower.
Gratitude enhances empathy and reduces aggression. Gratitude improves your self esteem. 

If the style of the month is Gratitude. The word of the moment is Hope. 

Hope is what happens when all our calculations fail. As the holiday season commences, remember that each experience has its silver lining.   

What is Sadhana? 

Sadhana is an ego-transcending spiritual practice endeavoring to obtain a particular result.

True Sadhana (spiritual practice) is moment by moment awareness.

The process.  

As you bask, let the answers rise up from within. Ask, how do they inform my intention for the day ahead? What action steps do they lead me to commit to manifesting? What specifically will I do today as a result? 

Then, walk the Path.
